TIM's more than 56 million customers have the mailbox function enabled by default on their telephone lines. When receiving a call, the consumer can direct whoever calls the system that records the message. For those who do not like the tool, however, the following tutorial shows how to disable TIM's mailbox.

Step 1. Go to mytim.tim.com and log in. You must provide your phone number with a four-digit DDD and password. If you do not know your password, touch "I forgot my password" to receive the code by SMS.

Step 2. After logging in, touch the menu button in the upper right corner of the page. Go to "Services" and then "Activate / Deactivate Services".
