How to consult the Electoral Code in the TSE
The Electoral Code is the law that governs the elections and expresses, in detail, the rights and obligations of candidates and voters. It is available free of charge on the website of the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and can be consulted by any citizen. The legislation was published in July 1965, but other supplementary laws bring updates on the subject and can also be found at the same web address.
If you find something on the election campaign that is not in accordance with the law, you can file a complaint through an Internet tool, also available from TSE.
