How to make TIM cell phone recharge

Users of TIM prepaid plans have various ways to recharge online. The two main ways, however, are by the My TIM application, for iPhone (iOS) and Android, and by the operator's website, where the recharge is made with the credit card and offers more varied values than the traditional methods, with options which start from R $ 20 to R $ 60.

Step 1. After downloading and installing My TIM on your smartphone, open the application. Then, enter your TIM number (with DDD), your password and tap the "Enter" button.

Step 2. If you do not remember your password, or have never used the My Tim application, just enter your password (with DDD) and select the "I forgot my password" option. In a few moments you will be redirected to a webpage.

Step 3. To recover your password, identify the code displayed in the image and enter it in the field just below. When finished, tap the "Send" button and an SMS will be sent to you with a four-digit password.

Step 4. Now that you already have your password, return to the application and access your account. On the next screen, you will need to check the option "I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions". After that, just touch the "Continue" button.

Step 5. After going through the Welcome screen of My TIM, you can finally follow up your recharge. To do this, tap the "Reload" button on the app home screen.

Step 6. Enter your CPF and press the "Continue" button. In the screen that opens next, select the option "Reload".

Step 8. Choose the TIM number you want to recharge and tap "Continue". If you want to reload a different number than yours, however, first you need to touch the "Other TIM number" option and enter the number in question - not forgetting the DDD, of course.

Step 9. Choose the amount of recharge you want to do. Note also that for each value there is a different validity period for the credits - ranging from 30 days to recharges from R $ 20 to 180 days for recharges of R $ 60.

Step 10. To finally pay for your refill, enter your credit card numbers in the field indicated, followed by the month and year of validity. When finished, tap the "Continue" button.

Step 11. Soon after, the system will also ask for the security code of your card, which can usually be found on the back of it. After typing it in the requested field, tap the "Finish Recharge" button.

Step 12. If the reload has been performed, the application will display a message stating the value and validity of credits, plus the number that was reloaded. To end the procedure, press "Finish".

Reloading by site

Step 1. Access the reload page on the TIM website (//www.tim.com.br/go/para-voce/recharge-recharge-express) and enter the telephone number to be reloaded, not forgetting DDD of your region and the ninth digit, if any. When you complete this step, click "Continue."

Step 2. An SMS will be sent to the previously entered number, containing a five digit confirmation code. Check the code and enter it in the field requested by the site, then click the "Finish" button.

Step 3. Now that your identity has already been confirmed, select the "Reload" option on the screen that opens next.

Step 4. Choose the TIM number you want to reload and tap "Continue". If you want to recharge a different number than yours, check the option "Dependent" or "Other TIM number" and enter the number to be recharged.

Step 5. Select the amount of your recharge and, as always, be aware of the term of validity of your credits, shown below the price. For refills of R $ 30, for example, the validity period is up to 90 days.

Step 6. To pay for your refill, enter your credit card numbers. Below, also enter the month and year of validity of the same. Complete this step by clicking "Confirm Recharge".

Step 7. On the next screen, the site will ask for the security code of your card - a three-digit number that can usually be found on the back of the card. Enter the number in the field indicated and once again click on "Confirm Reload".

Step 8. If everything has happened normally, a message will be displayed indicating that your reload has taken place. Click "Finish" and end the procedure.
