How to mute a channel from the Instagram Explore tab
Instagram redesigned the Explore section, including content channels separated by themes such as Humor, Travel, Sport, Art, and Style. If you want, you can silence an unwanted category to customize the tab and only view photos and videos of subjects that interest you. While performing the action, the station goes to the end of the queue and is disabled, but you can reactivate it at any time. Step 1. Go to the "Explore" section by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the menu. The channels are located at the top of the screen, separated by themes. To mute an item, tap and tap your finger on it. A menu will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click "Mute" to confirm.

Step 2. Ready. The channel was deactivated and moved to the end of the queue. Slide the carousel to the left to see the disabled items - the icons appear more erased.

Reactivating a channel
Step 1. To reactivate a channel, touch and press the disabled item. Then click "Reactivate" so that it returns to the main list.
