How to Produce Items in Monster Hunter: World

Monster Hunter: World is the launch of the popular Capcom franchise. Initially available for PS4 and Xbox One - the PC version arrives on Steam by the end of 2018 - the action RPG introduces features as you progress through the story. In this tutorial, check out how to enable and use the botany area.

In addition to being a monster hunting game, Monster Hunter also involves resource management and raw material collection. This means that if the character stock is not stocked with good items, you will hardly be able to complete advanced missions.

Learn how to produce your own items on Monster Hunter: World

Instead of going on Expeditions to collect raw material, you can choose to grow your own items. The Botanology sector, where it is allowed to produce materials, is in the central part of the city of Astera, right on the first floor, and is enabled as progress in history.

How to produce materials

Step 1. Talk to the "Chief of Botany" on the first floor in Astera, until the dialogue options are exhausted;

Step 2. Once you have done this, you will have access to the "Botanology Center" menu, where there are three tabs available;

Step 3. Press "Cultivate" and set the item to be produced automatically - remember that you need to have the material stored in stock to start production.

The harvest box allows the production of 20 items, but the limit can be expanded by fulfilling specific missions in the "Research Center";

Step 4. After choosing the item, look for the "Fertilize" tab to apply the fertilizer, which can only be used once per mission.

Fertilizers can be produced from the breeding menu and consume points when they are used. The time of its duration will depend on its quality - a Catalyst, for example, counts for four missions.
