How to put old Stories featured on Instagram

Instagram allows users to use old Stories to create new featured frames in their profile. The feature, available on the iPhone app (iOS) and Android smartphones, is ideal for picking up stories that have had a large audience and bring them back to prominence as Highlights.

How to make Stories on Instagram

Step 1. Open Instagram and go to your profile page under the person icon in the lower right corner. Then touch the "New" option just above your feed;

Step 2. Your old stories will be displayed on the screen with the date they were shared. Select the ones you want to highlight and tap Next. On the page that opens then choose "Edit Cover" option below the circle;

Step 3. Tap the thumbnail of your choice on the bottom bar, and then select "Finish" in the upper right corner. In the next window, type a name for the frame and tap "Finish" again;
