Instagram Stories has gained a filter that simulates a "fisheye" lens. The feature works both on the rear camera and on selfies, and lets you take pictures or record videos with the effect, without needing a physical lens or external mobile applications to edit the image.

Step 1. Touch the camera icon in the upper left corner to open the Stories. Then touch the face icon to open the face filters;
Access the Stories to activate the fisheye lens filter
Step 2. Select the lens filter to activate the fisheye effect. If you want to take a selfie, touch the circular arrow icon. After the capture, send the photo or video normally to your friends or publish it in Stories.
