Step 1. With Linkedin profile open, click on your photo in the upper right corner and select the "Settings and Privacy" option. You can also scroll the page to the footer and choose the "Set up your account and privacy" option;

Step 2. With the settings open, click on "Communication" and then select the "Read receipts and typing indicators" option;

Step 3. The content will be expanded and a button will be revealed. With the mouse, slide the button to the left until its status changes from "On" to "Off." Then, wait for confirmation that the new settings have been saved.

On the cellphone

Step 1. With the Linkedin application open, click on your photo (upper right corner) to open the profile. Then click the tool icon (upper right corner) to open the settings;

Step 2. With the settings screen open, select "Communication" and then "Read confirmations";

Step 3. On the screen that will open, there will be a button. Slide the button to the left until its status changes from "On" to "Off" and wait for the save confirmation.
