How to use labels in WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp Business allows users to schedule conversations so that they are listed as important. The feature provides colorful labels with specific themes for each message or saved chat. In addition, you can also create custom bookmarks for specific chats to keep the whole conversation ticked.

The app, currently only available for Android, is the business version of the messenger. To create a company account, you need to register a mobile number that is not in the service database. Check out how to use labels and find conversations saved in WhatsApp Business.

Accessing labels and customizing a bookmark

Step 1. Open a chat and hold down one of the messages. Then touch the sticker icon, as shown in the image below.

Step 2. Select one of the suggested tags. In this example, we'll show you how to customize the bookmark by tapping the "New label" option. Then enter a name and tap "OK."

Step 3. To mark the message, touch "Save".

Finding Tagged Messages

Step 1. On the home page, touch the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then go to "Tags".

Step 2. Check the list of labels and touch the label with marked messages. In the next window, see the marked conversations. If you want to remove the subject tag, touch the three-dot icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
