WhatsApp Beta for Android has been granted a feature to prevent group members from editing the conversation name, photo, and description. The feature is disabled by default and, after being configured, restricts changes to chat administrators.
In the following tutorial, see the step-by-step how to prevent participants from making changes to WhatsApp groups. Note that the feature is available only to users of the messenger test version, starting at 2.18.132 - learn how to update your apps.
