Step 1. Install the Exercises At Home app on the TechTudo page. When you first open, tap "Set a Goal" to set your training goal. Choose how many days in the week you want to train and the first day of your week. After that, go to "Save";

Step 2. From the main application screen, choose the training to be performed. Then select your fitness level so that the app sets the intensity of the workout;

Step 3. Tap "Start" at the bottom of the screen. You will see a preview of the exercises of the chosen training. If you want to change the order, touch the left flap and drag up or down. Then click "Start" again to begin the workout;

Step 7. To register the weight, use the "+" button to the right of "Weight". Over time, the application mounts a chart with developments in the goal of reducing measures. Tap "Edit" next to "Height" to set your height and calculate your Body Mass Index (BMI).
