How to make a complaint on the Anatel Consumer

Anatel Consumer is an application for Android and iPhone (iOS) that allows to make requests to the Brazilian operators. In the app, the user can register suggestions, clarify doubts and make complaints about broadband internet, landline, cell phones and pay TV. The feature is useful for anyone who is experiencing some type of problem - such as undue charges, for example.

Step 1. Install the Anatel Consumer app on your phone. When you open it for the first time, you will need to agree to the terms of use of the service. Then tap "Register Request".

Step 2. You need to access your account or create one for free. In this case, tap "Register" and fill in your personal information.

Step 3. Now tap on "Complaint" and choose the type of service with which you are experiencing problems.

Step 5. Fill in the information requested and select the company, your city and state. Then touch "Describe the problem" at the bottom of the screen. Enter in detail what is happening and touch "Finish".

Step 6. Returning to the previous screen, touch "Register". A message will inform you that the request was successful. If you want to attach a document, touch "Yes" and select the file.
