Step 1. Access the Microsoft account privacy page (//account.microsoft.com/privacy/) and log in with email and password. The information is usually the same as that used on a Windows 10 computer;

Step 2. On the "Download your data" tab, click on "Create new archive" to obtain a copy of the information;

To view and delete your information from Microsoft servers, go to "Activity History" and browse through the full history of used apps, voice searches, Bing web browsing, Edge browsing, media played, and visited locations with a Windows device.
