How to print a Gmail message from your phone

The Gmail app for Android or iPhone (iOS) allows you to print emails using AirPrint technology or Google Cloud Print straight from your phone. Step 1. Open Gmail and access the conversation you want to print. Then touch the "..." button in the upper right corner of the screen. On the screen that opens, select "Print All".

Step 2. If you want to print only one specific email, instead of the whole conversation, open the message and tap the "..." button to the right of the date. Select the "Print" option.

Step 3. Choose whether you want to print using Google Cloud Print or AirPrint. It is noteworthy that the latter is only available on Apple devices such as iPhone and iPad. If you have selected AirPrint, touch "Printer" to choose the machine you want.
