How to add a temporary biography to Facebook

Facebook allows you to create a personal biography that is visible to friends. The feature, ideal for talking about personal characteristics or for inserting beautiful phrases in the profile, allows the message to be configured as permanent or temporary - when an expiry date is determined by the user. In addition, temporary biographies are ideal for launching promotions and creating inactivity warnings on the social network, such as vacations or inability to access the Internet.

Step 1. Open Facebook and click on your username at the top of the screen;

Step 2. Click on the "Add a temporary biography" option, located in "Presentation";

Step 3. Enter the personal biography and click the "Permanent" option to see more period options;

Step 4. At this point, choose one of the suggested deadlines. If you want to choose the expiration date, click on "Custom";

Step 5. Click the calendar icon and select a date to proceed;

Step 6. To finish the action, click on "Set".

Remember that the message will be taken from your profile after the deadline has expired. When this happens, repeat the procedure to insert a new bio.
