Finding and Replacing Words in Multiple Excel Files

Step 1. Download and install Kutools for Excel on the computer;

Step 2. Open all the Excel files you want to change and enable editing. In all of them, note that Kutools for Excel creates a new side menu;

Step 3. Choose one of the files and go to the Find and Replace menu in that side panel. Then click on "Replace";

Step 4. Notice that Kutools lists all of the worksheets in all open files. Check any worksheets in the Excel folders that you want to include in the search;

Step 5. Above, enter the word, number, or term to be found in "Find what". Under "Replace with", enter the content that should be in place. At the end, click "Replace all" to find and replace all files at the same time;

Step 6. When finished, minimize Kutools in Excel to continue using the Microsoft spreadsheet processor normally.
