Motorola allows you to schedule service calls online. According to the company, this should reduce the waiting time in the store by up to 15 minutes. The service also checks if the appliance is within the warranty period (12 months) and, if it is not, it is possible to make a repair payment. To perform the scheduling, the user must have in hand only the mobile IMEI and the owner's CPF. The system uses the zip code to find the nearest service.
In the following tutorial, check out how to schedule a time for service at Motorola technical support. The procedure was performed on a Moto E4 with Android 7.1.1 (Nougat), but the tips are also valid for other devices of the manufacturer.
