Motorola Mobile Technical Support: How to Schedule Date and Time

Motorola allows you to schedule service calls online. According to the company, this should reduce the waiting time in the store by up to 15 minutes. The service also checks if the appliance is within the warranty period (12 months) and, if it is not, it is possible to make a repair payment. To perform the scheduling, the user must have in hand only the mobile IMEI and the owner's CPF. The system uses the zip code to find the nearest service.

Step 1. Go to the Motorola support page ( motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/appointment_home ) and select your issue. Some support articles are displayed. If none of them resolve the issue, click "Find a service."

Step 2. Next, you will need to provide your CPF and IMEI from the device. The model of the device will be displayed on the screen. Tap "Schedule".

Step 3. If the phone has been activated for more than 12 months, an alert that the device is out of warranty will be displayed. You can continue with a paid repair or inform the date of purchase. Then, inform whether the device has been damaged by liquid or has the screen broken.

Step 4. Now, enter your CPF to find the service stations near your home. Select the location you want and click "View available times".

Step 5. Touch the desired time and confirm in "Schedule".

Step 6. Confirm your personal and contact information. Remember to enter the phone number with the DDD only (without the code 55). At the bottom of the page, select your issue and provide details in the field below. Finally, click "Continue" to complete the schedule.

Step 7. Scheduling details will be displayed on the screen. You will also receive a confirmation email.
