How to make and track your purchases at Rappi

Rappi is a delivery delivery application that is catching the attention of Brazilian users as a rival of iFood. Through it it is possible to order food at restaurants nearby or even shop at the supermarket. The differential is direct and fast delivery, with GPS tracking. It's still possible to chat with motoboy via real-time chat if you need to order something extra. Payment can be made on credit, debit or money cards.

Step 1. From the main interface, select the purchase category. In this test we use "Restaurants", but the procedure is similar to "Market". Then choose the establishment available.

Step 2. Choose your order and confirm on "Add". You can describe the food by selecting extra items. Check the value on the green button and press "Add".

Step 3. Your order will be displayed on the cart. If everything is fine, tap "Check Order". The following screen will make the purchase effective. Check the address, form of payment, apply coupons (if you have one), choose a tip (optional) and see the final value with shipping. Tap "All right, you can ask".

Step 4. A confirmation will be shown that the order has been placed and the app will display a "step by step" screen of delivery. It will be approved with the restaurant, which will start producing. As soon as your deliverer "Rappi" arrives there and picks up your order, the same screen will display a map, which works with GPS tracking of the delivery location.

Step 5. If you want to use the chat to talk to the Rappi deliveryman, touch the "Chat" button. A conversation screen will open to send scraps to text or images. It shows the read receipt with two blue checks, similar to WhatsApp.

Step 6. When your order arrives, you will receive a notification and will be able to check the delivery location on the map. At the end, just evaluate the delivery, choosing one of the available faces.
